[Wedding] A Hot Sunny Wentworth Castle Wedding, 26th July 2014

I had the pleasure of Photographing Mr and Mrs Richardson's Wedding last weekend at Silkstone Church and then to Wentworth Castle

I started with Kelly when she was getting ready at Holiday Inn Barnsley, just a quick car journey away from Silkstone Church. The flowers she had were gorgeous pinks - to go with her theme, Pink and Navy Blue.

She was getting ready with her bridesmaids and her gorgeous little boy James, who I photographed when he was a little baby! Kelly had her make-up done next door to the hotel at Bannatyne's in a room that was ice cold - which was amazing considering the hotel room was very hot as we would all agree!

Now this bride, didn't do things by halves, and by any other means. She arrived on a Tractor. cried almost all the way down the aisle, and then they had the A-Team van to take them to the reception!

Kelly & Adam, love having fun - and their entire day was full of it, from silly poses, to Kelly rolling down the hill in her Wedding dress - to table quizzes to win Champagne, and Jagerbombs....

However, no matter what, there was no denying the love they have as a family, and that Adam and Kelly have for each other.

With their Navy and Pink theme, they also had a "sport" theme. The favours were sports bottles with their names and Wedding dates on, and of course a Golden Postbox! Tables were named from Netball, to Golf - and Adam and Kelly aren't a couple - they are a TEAM.

There were many laughs, tears and Jagerbombs during the speeches, before Kelly had a surprise for Adam - she had made a video, of herself wearing, waving or holding an I love AB banner & Tshirt, and of course, she got him a matching one!

When it had started to cool down, everyone headed outside the marquee, sat on the grass drinking and chilling, the band set up outside the marquee, and the first dance started with a "mash up" and a fabulous dance routine choreographed by themselves.

But here I leave you with one of the couple relaxing and enjoying a quite moment between themselves.

Thank you Mr & Mrs Richardson, for letting me share your special day.
